  • Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges as per the destination country’s regulations.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We take pride in every La Bella Monte timepiece, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • A ₹500 processing fee and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories.

  • Once inspected and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.

7. Warranty

Every La Bella Monte watch comes with a 1-year service warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, accidents, or water exposure beyond the rated resistance.

  • Normal wear and tear, or battery replacement.
